Your re-submittal may include new pages, YOU must insert the
revised pages into the three (3) sets of plans..
The “job copy” set of the original pages (removed pages) shall be re-submitted.
ALL ITEMS REVISED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
PLANS MUST BE LEGIBLE. Documents will be electronically scanned in order to
produce a final record; therefore all documentation shall be clean, clear and with sufficient density, having enough contrast to produce an acceptable scanned image.
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “An additional fee due and payable at
permitting shall be of $100 each for any second re-submission of plans.
Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent re-submissions
that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously
noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the
fee attributed to plan review will be charged.

1) The Building Valuation increase is based on the data compiled by ICC
using the Marshall Valuation Service as published by the Marshall and Swift
Publication Company and printed in the Southern Builder.

2) This is application for a tenant build-out in a building that is
under construction and does not have a certificate of completion.
This permit cannot be issued until the shell building has a CC.

3) Provide complete new energy forms that include the added water heater.

4) Condensate drain into the lav drain is not approved. Condensate drains
are to discharge to the outside of buildings.

5) Must provide calculations for the required ventilation as as per
FMC table 403.3. (625 CFM).

6) Provide framing for the support of the water heater.
