Plans submitted for exhaust hood are rejected. In conversation with the contractor of the exhaust hood, he stated the duct run will be different than what it shown on the plans submitted.
In Sept 2005, Mike Graham came in the Fire Marshal's office and stated there would be no kitchen equipt, therefore the Fire Marshal's hold for the exhaust hood and fire suppression system were signed off. Our office received plan for an exhaust hood in August 2006. A hold was placed back on the project for no more inspections until the fire suppression permit was pulled. On 8/31/06, Mike Graham was told residential kitchen was not allowed in an assembly per NFPA 1, Chapter 50. He said he would be looking for commercial kitchen equipt.
