General Notes:
Your re-submittal shall include three complete sets of plans. Please insert
the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy"
set, shall be resubmitted marked as "old set" and shall be included in the
re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review
fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again. ALL
ITEMS
REVISED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL

SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “An additional fee due and payable at
permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL.
Statute
553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code
violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a
fee of
four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.

1. Submit is incomplete as per Section 104.3.1.1 FBC 2001. Drawings are incomplete for
Mechanical as well as Plumbing including but not limited to water supply lines, hoods, grease traps, etc.

2. Provide a code analysis for the Clubhouse buildings of this project. (occupancy, construction type, fire protection requirements, protected/unprotected, wind loads, pressures for opening, area and height limitation, and square footage of buildings as per section 104.3.1.1 FBC.) Please define the any rated separations that will be required as per occupation construction type, etc.

3.This review will be for the Clubhouse building on the site inclusive of Residential buildings, Garages, gazebos and any other accessory structures, including courts. See attached list.

4. As per Section 11-4.3.2 FACBC, Indicate at least one accessible route within the
boundary of the site from a public way and connecting all accessible buildings on the
site.

5. As per Section 11-4.29.5 FACBC, Provide detectable warnings at Hazardous Vehicular area
at any walks that cross or adjoin a vehicular way.

6. Correlate foundation plans drawn by Trillium with the structural plans by KEM and the
architectural plans by Besso. Please clarify location, size and details for all
footers, pads, and slabs as there seems to be some discrepancies. See columns, pads, interior
shear walls, and configuration of walls at breezeways, slab and pool deck. Please show full section indicating that clubhouse will meet the angle of repose for the pool.

truss drawings and truss placement plan(s) and said drawings and plans meet with his/her
design.”
