These plans are for a 5-story time share building. The building isfully sprinklered and has 2-seperate standpipe(without hose.) We reviewed the plans based on Chapter 69A-43 Uniform Fire Safety Standard for Transient Public Lodging Establishments, Timeshare, Plans, and Timeshare Unit Facilities. Based on our review we are able to approve the plans with the following 102 holds plans on the permit: - Fire Alarm Permit - Fire Sprinkler Permit - Underground Water Main for Fire Protection ( Disregard if this permit has already been submitted prior to vertical construction) Note: the single station smoke detectors in the sleeping areas need to comply with Florida Administrative Code 69A43.009 & .0095. 3/7/2005 JJR
