These plans are for a interior buildout of a new occupancy, Mercantile (Pharmacy). The total square footage is 2457.
The building is unsprinklered.

The plans are incomplete and need the following issues addressed before the Fire Marshal can sign off the plans:
1. The maximum travel distance in an unsprinklered building with one exit is 75 feet.
2. On the plans show the fixture layout as the travel distance in #1 must be measured down the aisle(s) to the exit.
3. The interior wall needs a wall detail.
4. The raised floor area needs more detail. (Walls, Counter, Door(s), Floor, is there new power outlets being installed.)
5. Need to install exit signs and emergency lights.
6. The address numbers need to be 6 inches high.
7. Consult with your fire extinguisher contractor for the portable fire extinguisher requirements and placement.
