General Notes:
Your re-submittal shall include three complete sets of plans. Or you may remove and insert the corrected revised pages into the plan sets. The job set of the original drawing shall be included in the re-submittal. ALL ITEMS REVISED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED. Some of the changes maybe down with 8 x 11 addendum sheets.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.

1. The square footage shown on page A1.1 is incorrect as previously submitted and must match the energy calculations. The number I have show unit A 1385 total 1481 Unit B 1279 total 1370 Total Area of Building 11,912. Please correct.

2. The air handler unit (AHU) mounting detail (Sheet M-4) and the water heater detail (Sheet P-1)show an decrease in size of condensate line which is not allowed as per Section 307.2.2 FMC. Please correct.

4. Truss layout sheet is incorrect for it shows V1- V6 trusses in the rear crossing a firewall, please revise and resubmit.

5. There is a change of valuation. The Building Valuation is
based on the data compiled by SBCCI & ICC using the Marshall Valuation
Service as published by the Marshall and Swift Publication Company
and printed in the Southern Builder.
