ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAYBE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “ An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.
