INFORMATIONAL: These plans are new plans for a project that has been reviewed before. The plans are for a 3000 square foot office warehouse occupancy. The warehouse is 1600 square feet & the office is 1216 square foot.
The storage occupancy at the time of plan review was to be used to store pumps & pump part. The building is 20 foot high, however according to the contractor there is to be no rack storage over 12 feet high.

The following conditions where written on the plans and aggreed upon by the contractor, and will be subject to final field inspection:
- There needs to be a rear exit from the storage area. (you could modify the office layout and use the rear door there.(NFPA 101,42.2.4.1)Remember there nees to be a level platform/pad as you step out of the rear door as required in the building code.
- You need to show a 36 inch aisle in the storage area. This can be taped or painted or the rack in place with the aisle(s) clearly identified. This comment is subject to a final field inspection. (if the floor plan page is replaced with a new page this 36" aisle needs to be shown on the plan.)
- Post over the office and note on the plans "NO STORAGE OVER OFFICE"
