1) Provide a complete framing plan for the walls and ceiling, including bearing
walls, headers, insulation, wall section etc. The floor/ceiling must be designed
for min 125# PSF if for storage.

If the space above the office(s) not to be used for storage, MUST state on the
plans "No storage" and post "NO storage" signs in area, before final inspection.
No deck allowed above the office space except for minimun space for required for
the air handler.

The Building Valuation increase is based on the data compiled by SBCCI & ICC
using the Marshall Valuation Service as published by the Marshall and Swift
Publication Company and printed in the Southern Builder.

has a 5 ton unit. The energy form and the drawings must match. Which will
be correct?
