These plans are for an interior build-out of a restaurant with an occupant load of 67. The plans where reviewed as an assembly.

The building is not protected with fire sprinklers.

The plans are approved with the following comments added to the plans:

1. Please make sure that the suite address is visible minimum size is 6" high.

2. Please post the occupant load for this customers. The sign should read:  " MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD 67 PERSONS BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHAL"

3. Please consult with your fire extinguisher contractor for your portable fire extinguisher requirements.

4. Your mechanical page indicates a 7.5 ton air handler, this may be more than 2000 cfm, thereby requiring a duct smoke detector. If a duct smoke detector is required, so is a remote indicator with a audible & visible device. This remote indicator will need to be placed in a normally occupied location near the duct detector.
