Plans for an 1800m square foot interior remodel using the 2007 Florida Fire Prevention Code Business chapter. The plans are APPROVED as submitted with some informational comments below.

It does not appear that the front exit will be apparent from throughout the space. If not exit signage will need to be added to accomplish this. This will be verified at the time of final.

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.

The elevation of the floor surface on both sides of a door shall not vary by more than a
1/2 inch, and shall be maintained on both sides of the door for a distance not less than the width of the widest leaf. (NFPA 101 7.2.1.3)
