Plan APPROVED for interior renovation inside 4406 sqft restaurant. This is reviewed under 2007 Fl Fire Prevention Code.
The fire suppression system is required to be in compliance before a CO for the restaurant to open.

The occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance/exit from the room. Please refer to the Fire Marshal Notation on the plans as to the approved maximum occupant load to be posted. The Posting should read,"Maximum Occupant Load 128 Persons, by order of the Fire Marshal" (NFPA 101, 12.7.9.3) Inside table seating: 104 Bar plus bartenders: 15 Waiting plus hostess: 9 Kitchen: 12 Outside seating: 62

FS 633.061 requires a license or permit of organizations & individuals who: service, recharge, test, mark, inspect, install or hydrotest fire extinguishers. It will be necessary to use a Licensed Fire Extinguisher Contractor for identifying the location & type of extinguisher to use.

Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6". (NFPA 1, 10.12.1.2)
