Per an arial photo of your property you do not have five seperate buildings as your plans indicate because every thing is under one roof so you have one building. Per your area increase calculations max. sq. ft. allowed is 14,535 sq.ft. and the building has a total of 25,933 sq. ft..Please explain how you are going to correct this problem.
