These plans are for a 11769 square foot private education facility. The building is not protected with fire sprinkler. All classrooms have an exit to the outside. The corridor is 1-hour. The interior finish of all rooms other then exits are Class A or B. (this is more restrictive then the building code that would allow Class C)

The construction plans contain the sealed design criteria for the fire alarm system.

The plans are pending submittal of the DRC plans before we can complete the review and sign-off.

Note there is a note on the plans that a remote annunciator is required at the entry point of the fire department or the FACP needs to be relocated to the entry point of the fire department. We will be looking for this correction at the fire alarm permit submitted by the fire alarm contractor.
