1. There are multiple buildings and units at this address. Please provide an overall site plan identifying the building and the specific unit within the building. The existing building construction must be verified before approving subsequent building construction.

2. The proposed rest room does meet the requirements of the 2012 Accessibility Code. Please review clearance space requirements for fixtures, doors, door approach, and turning space and design appropriately.

3. "Water cooler" shown on plans must be an accessible Hi-Lo type water fountain.

4. Please revise floor plan and door approaches to meet FBC-Accessibility, Section 404, including doors marked 'a' for Figure 404.2.4.1(a).

5. Electrical.
Please provide:
-complete riser diagram, including conductor and conduit type, and grounding. Please clarify (4) conductors for single phase, conduit fill for 1-1/2" conduit.

6. Mechaical.
Please submit Mechanical Pages, including all details for size and location of equipment and duct work (labeled existing and new). Identify return-air system and outside air.

7. Manual D pages are not legible and will not scan into the permenant record.
Please submit clear, legible plans, including all details and notes. Documents will be electronically scanned to produce the final permanent record, all documents must be clean, clear, and of sufficient density and having enough contrast to produce an acceptable scanned image. They must also be legible to build and inspect the project.

General Notes: Your re-submittal should include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, should be marked as "old set" and should be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON NEW INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
