Plan REJECTED for interior buidout of 1850 sqft unit for a recording studio inside a building not protected by fire sprinklers. This is reviewed under 2010 Fl Fire Prevention Code as business.
The occupant load is 19, not 45 per comment on the bottom of page A2. Please correct this comment.

Typically recording studios have sound insulation on the walls and ceilings to achieve the sound desired. Although the architect has specified the required finish, the method of obtaining the required interior finish and all documents pertaining to the materials and application of finishes be provided before approval of this plan by the Fire Marshal's office. (NFPA 101, 38.3.3.2)
