Plan APPROVED for interior renovation of 24,261 sqft 2 story clubhouse protected with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. This is reviewed under Florida Fire Prevention Code 5th edition as assembly.

The scope of work for this project is in the area of an existing fire sprinkler system. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required for any modification to this system. A hold is placed on the Building Permit and no inspections will be done until this Fire Sprinkler Permit is submitted & approved. (NFPA 1,13.1.1.1. It is noted there will be acoustical cloud attached to the ceiling.

Any reference to the Fire Alarm in these plans are conceptual. A separate permit is required by the Fire Marshal. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit and NO INSPECTION past framing will be done until this permit is submitted & approved. The fire alarm is being relocated.

If this is light-weight truss-type construction, (repetitive wood or light 12-24 gauge steel framing) placement of approved Firefighter Safety Warning Sign (Maltese Cross) shall be placed on structure in accordance with FS 633.027 and FAC 69A-60.008. (size, color, height placement)

Although the architect may specify the required finish, the method of obtaining the required interior finish and all documents pertaining to the materials and application of finishes be provided before approval for Final CO by the Fire Marshal's office.

Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6". (NFPA 1, 10.12.1.2)
