Plan REJECTED for interior renovation of 24,261 sqft 2 story clubhouse protected with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. This is reviewed under Florida Fire Prevention Code 5th edition as assembly.
In reference to the cover sheet, there are several pages missing of the plan. Pages A2.1, A2.2, A6.1, A6.2, A6.3, hardscape, structural pages. In order to differentiate from Architectural and Interior Design pages, please add ID on those pages. Also missing from ID are pages 1.1.0, 1.1, 1.2.0, 1.2 and 1.2.1)
This is an incomplete review. Further comments may be forthcoming once these pages are submitted.

It is noted there will be acoustical cloud attached to the ceiling. How are provisions being made so it does not interfere with fire sprinkler head spray pattern?

If this is light-weight truss-type construction, (repetitive wood or light 12-24 gauge steel framing) placement of approved Firefighter Safety Warning Sign (Maltese Cross) shall be placed on structure in accordance with FS 633.027 and FAC 69A-60.008. (size, color, height placement)

It is not clear why the set of Interior Design pages are included in this set. There is very little information on them except for the name of rooms and sectional views. What is the method of obtaining the required interior finish (floors, walls, ceilings)?

Please provide details for the stairs since 2 sets of stairs are being replaced.

It is noted the bar is being downsized in the Topsider Grill on the second floor. The occupant load needs to be reevaluated in this area. If there is a major change in the second floor occupant load (increase by 50 or more) the second floor will need to be recalculated.

Please provide documentation that the fabric shade is flame resistance per NFPA.

It is noted the fire alarm panel will be relocated. Any reference to the Fire Alarm in these plans are conceptual. A separate permit is required by the Fire Marshal. A HOLD will be placed on the building permit and NO INSPECTION past framing will be done until this permit is submitted & approved.

The Grease Exhaust Hood requires a FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. The Fire Marshal's Office requires a separate FIRE SUPPRESSION PERMIT and a HOLD will be placed on the building permit whereby NO INSPECTIONS past framing can be done until this permit is approved.

General notes: Your re-submittal shall include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and remove the old pages that are no longer applicable and RESTAPLE the Job Copy of the plan. Resubmit those old JOB COPY pages marked as "old set" and submit with the revised plan set. If old pages are not resubmitted there may be an additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again. ALL ITEMS REVISED ON PLANS AND DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED by circling, clouding or other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.

The plan shows the extension of the deck. The clearance sheet was only for interior remodel. On 5/28/15 in discussion with Danielle Handy, Steve Lovett and myself, it was determined the deck is still in review for the site and that all reference will be removed regarding any hardscape and decking. It will come in separately.
