These plansd are for a 6 foot kitchen grease hood with the duct mounted on the side of a wood wall.
The plans are missing some of the details. We spoke to the contractor and sent him the final inspection check list as well a copy of a plan review check list.
The plans are approved with the understanding that the final inspection will be in compliance with NFPA 96 and that some of the areas to be inspected are not addressed on the plans.
Please note: That a light test will be required by the Fire Marshal prior to installing the duct into the ceiling.
call the Fire Marshals office at 904-823-2709 the day before the test to schedule the inspection.
