1) Your re-submittal should include three sets of plans or YOU may insert
the revised pages into the plan sets and one set of the original shall
be re-submitted.
ALL ITEMS REVISED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAYBE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF
FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “ An additional fee due and payable at
permitting shall be of $100 each for any second re-submission of plans.
Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent re-submissions
that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously
noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the
fee attributed to plan review will be charged.

2) This is a threshold building as defined in Florida Statute 553.71, the
requirements as described in FS 553.79 are required for review and prior to
a permit being issued. The plans shall contain a statement as required in
FS 553.797(d).

Must provide the structural inspection plan from the Structural Engineer of Record,
as required per FS.553.79 and the name and license number of the "Special Inspector".

3) Provide the Fault Current Letter from the power company. No electrical
permits will be issued until letter is submitted and approved.

4) The truss drawings must be reviewed by the Engineer of Record and the layout
sheet signed by EOR that the trusses meet his/her design requirement for this
building. Need the layout sheet for the roof and floor trusses.
The design loads for the floor trusses must meet FBC chapter 16.)

8) Exit access corridors must be rated one (1) hour as per FBC 704.2.4. Provide
the UL number for the walls and ceiling that will be used to comply.

10) Must provide a four (4) hour fire rated assembly in the roof of the covered
walk that joins this building to the existing building.
Only one electrical service permitted to a building; the buildings must be
completely separate, or provide a four hour rated assembly to provide the
separation required.
