1. Code Analysis: Please provide a complete code analysis including applicable code standards. Please indicate on the plans what compliance method that will be followed per FBC-E Section 101.5), 2007 Florida Building Code-Building, 2007 Florida Building Code-Mechanical, 2007 Florida Building Code-Plumbing, 2007 Florida Building Code-Fuel Gas, and 2008 NEC), Occupancy group, Type of construction, Fire-resistant construction, Fire suppression, Life safety, Occupancy load/egress requirements, and Wind design data (1603.1.4).

2. Plumbing Fixtures: Minimum plumbing fixtures are calculated by FBC-P Table 403.1, 403.7, and 403.8. Please provide the calculation that where used to determine the minimum fixture count.
Note: Refer to FBC-P 403.8 Sanitary facilities for public swimming pools

3. Plumbing riser: Please provide domestic water and sanitary plumbing riser diagram.

4. Electrical Plan: Please provide (1) an electrical drawing showing power and lighting, (2) panel schedule (branch circuits, voltage, service size, phase, (3) and the location of the panel.

5. Electrical Riser Diagram: Please provide an electrical riser diagram that includes the meter, disconnect, conduit size, wire size (AL or CU), grounding, panel, ampacity of the service, voltage, and phase. Indicate on the plans where the service is located.

6. Fault Current: Please provide a fault current letter for the transformer that is feeding the building. The fault current letter is provided by the electrical power company serving the building.

7. Unisex Toilet and Bathing Room, Drinking Fountain and Service Sink: Please provide a unisex toilet and bathing room, drinking fountain and service sink to comply with FBC-P Table 403.1 403.7, and 11-4.13(10)a.
