The occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance/exit from the room. Please refer to the Fire Marshal Notation on the plans as to the approved maximum occupant load to be posted. The Posting should read,"Maximum Occupant Load ______ Persons, by order of the Fire Marshal" (NFPA 101, 12.7.9.3)
