Please address the following:

It is noted an occupancy load for concentrated use chairs was given for the multipurpose room. Are there any other activities planned for this area?
| |
The "loft" appears to be a mezzanine which is labeled storage with an occupant load of 3. More detail is needed on the stairs. If they are constructed of wood, they shall be fire blocked in concealed spaces between the stair stringers at the top and bottom of the run. The underside shall be protected to provide not less than 1 hour resistance. (NFPA 101, 7.2.2.3.1.1) (There is no exception for fire sprinkler coverage.)
Also, provide more detail handrails and guard.

Provide more detail for the serving area. Will there be any cabinets, sinks, refrigerator, cooking equipment? If any stove tops, griddles, etc are planned, this will require a kitchen exhaust hood and fire suppression system.
| |
Exit doors require panic hardware for occupancy load over 100.
| |
Please provide a legible mechanical page. The one submitted is difficult to read and will not scan well.

The Fire Sprinkler Design Criteria is OK for the building permit. Note a separate permit will be required for the fire protection systems. A HOLD has been placed on the Building Permit and NO inspection can be done past the slab until this permit is approved.
| |
A fire alarm system is required throughout this building and is required to be monitored. (NFPA 101, 12.3.4) A HOLD will be placed for no inspection past framing until this permit has been submitted.

If old pages are not resubmitted there may be an additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again. ALL ITEMS REVISED ON PLANS AND DOCUMENTS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED by circling, clouding or other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
