Plan APPROVED to add 1023 sqft and remodel part of the 2 story clubhouse for a fitness center inside a bldg protected with fire sprinklers and fire alarm. This is reviewed under 2010 Fl Fire Prevention Code as assembly.

The scope of work for this project is in the area of an existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm system. A separate fire sprinkler and fire alarm permit is required for any modification to this system. A hold is placed on the Building Permit and no inspections past framing will be done until this Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Permit is submitted & approved. (NFPA 1,13.1.1.1)

Please provide building numbers that are a minimum of 6-inches high on the building and/or suite(s) for commercial. These must be visible and legible from the street, therefore the address number may need to be larger than the minimum 6". (NFPA 1, 10.12.1.2)

The emergency lights are required to provide 1-footcandle of illumination on the floor along the exit path. This requirement is subject to a performance test conducted prior to the final. Additional Lights may be required. (NFPA 101, 7.8.1)
