Proj Desc: This project consists of the conversion of a residential property into a community center. The Wildwood Enrichment Foundation is a unique use in that it is a non-profit with the goal of strengthening the community by creating activities, experiences, and resources that enrich learning, foster connection, and support families pursuing personalized approaches to education. The proposed use will host various educational activities, however is not considered a school by the department of education. The building would be used for various educational activities during the weekdays with occasional weekend activities. This project will utilize a 1328 SF building and a 500 SF building. Other buildings on site will not be demolished, however will not be used for the community center activities. A new driveway, parking lot, sidewalks, and stormwater treatment system will be constructed on the site. The site will provide adequate room for a standard fire truck to maneuver the site.
