Patrons will pay for a bucket of balls and try to get a hole in one for monetary prize. Existing 2 structures - one will be our office and the other will serve as a Club House for patrons to hang out and watch the people at the Tee Boxes. We would also like to build a free standing barn with bays to house golf simulators for patrons to practice their swings. Additionally, we would like to have 2-3 food trucks on premises to offer food as well as a picnic area to eat.
