Proj Desc: The project includes the construction of a new ±5,944 SF Medical Examiner facility within the existing St. Johns County Public Service Operations Center. Furthermore, the proposed development includes civil site improvements such as extension of potable water, sanitary sewer, and other necessary utility services to the building footprint; grading and earthwork to establish proposed finished floor elevations and drainage patterns; installation of concrete pedestrian walkways in accordance with ADA requirements; and design and construction of stormwater management infrastructure to collect, convey, and discharge runoff to the existing stormwater management pond in compliance with applicable regulatory criteria.
