Proj Desc: The Blacks Ford WRF is to be expanded from a 6 MGD capacity to 12 MGD capacity. The expansion involves all major processes, as well as new buildings, pump stations, BNR trains, reclaimed and reject ground storage tank, new roadways, electrical buildings and appurtenances, and others. The expansion will impact the footprint of the existing wet detention pond along the southern boundary of the project site. The modification to the stormwater management system consists of adding new inlets and pipes; constructing wet detention Ponds 1, 3 and 4 in the south area of the facility; expanding Pond 2 at the north of the property; and installing control structures to Pond 1, Pond 2, and Pond 3. Pond 4 will be connected to Pond 1.
