Proj Desc:
This project is to modify an existing developed site to add a brewery and associated warehouse. This effort will add two new buildings to the site and utilize a new stormwater pond within the area of existing wetlands. The majority of the site will remain as is with minimal mill/resurface while other areas near the brewery will need to be regraded. The new building and regraded areas will be routed to the pond for treatment. The septic system and drainfield were recently abandoned and will be connected to central City of St. Augustine sewer.
