Proj Desc: This project will be requesting a Major Modification to the Ashford Mills PUD that will be specific to this parcel. The Major Modification will request a waiver for the elimination of the Development Edge on the east property line, a waiver to allow for a shared pond, and to add interconnectivity language for the eastern access to the adjacent property. The interconnectivity between the two adjacent parcels has been deemed sufficient as it has already been discussed with the Deputy Director, as shown on the attached site plan. The project is proposing two structures on the lot with Parcel ID 0099450100. The two structures are proposed to be 4,709 square feet and 17,462 square feet with the required parking. Additionally, the uses within this PUD will comply with the existing uses in the Ashford Mills PUD.
