Site is zoned Open Rural and will require a Special Use Permit; public hearing in front of PZA after the NW Sector Meeting.
Site is located on the William Bartram Scenic Highway(not Historic section)and if it is less than 600 feet from highway, it will require PZA and BCC approval (LDC 6.08.12.V).
