Proj Desc:
The project consists of infrastructure improvements to the Parcel 15B outparcels within the Silverleaf development to support future commercial use. Site preparation includes grading both outparcels, partially filling the southern pond to increase developable space, and constructing a roadway stub for access to the northern parcel. Stormwater management for both sites will be provided by the partial construction of SMF-KK-09, located east of the northern outparcel, which connects to the Silverleaf master drainage system and ultimately outfalls to Trout Creek.
