Proj Desc: • This project consists of Phase 1 of a multiphase commercial development of which a 9,000sf commercial building with drive aisles, parking, utilities, and storm water management is proposed to be constructed on 4.32AC of land. The onsite 0.64AC pond is sized to treat and attenuate all future phases of the development. The storm water is collected by surface grading toward inlets then conveyed in storm pipes to a Wet Retention Pond. The pond then stages up during storm events and outfalls into the existing wetlands at a rate no greater than the rate at which the precondition was measured. Please note the parcels were previously permitted as Watermark Plaza (CR210 Watermark Property), permit #95845 and date 10/06/2004.
