This review request is for the use of an existing property as the new home for enrichment-based educational programs for homeschool students. There will be no new construction or expansion of the existing footprint, only a change in use for a space that is already in place. The program typically welcomes 45–50 people onsite at one time, including students and staff, between 9:00 AM (drop-off) and 2:00 PM (pick-up). Students attend one to three days per week for STEAM and other enrichment learning opportunities. As we are not a school, we do not follow a certain curriculum.
